We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager d evelops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all Team Members to ensure compliance with legal requirements and support organizational goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Manages Team Member relations to communicate and enforce various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws and government regulations. Affirmative Action Officer responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Affirmative Action Plan. Develops, recommends and maintains Team Member handbook. Responsible for biweekly payroll administration. Coordinates recruitment effort for all Team Members, interns, and temporary Team Members to include new Team Member orientation. Performs benefits administration. Establishes and maintains records including personnel files and compliance reports. Responsible for professional development and training. This includes creating development plan action items, training opportunities, etc. and coordination with corporate HR Department regarding human resources planning and development. Responsible for the administration of the performance management system. Maintains job descriptions. Administers Worker’s Compensation and safety with Environmental Health and Safety Manager. Responsible for leave administration. Responsible for planning various company events. Responsible for unemployment administration. Coordinates and administers terminations, exit interviews and reductions in force. Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures compliance with Federal and State laws. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice. ## Qualifications ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3 – 5 years in human resource field HR certification a plus Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk or hear; and occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position.
