In this role, you’ll lead impactful marketing projects that directly support patient services, working closely with clinical and business teams to deliver thoughtful, insight-led campaigns. You’ll work alongside experienced marketing leaders, gain exposure to complex healthcare services and contribute to projects that require both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. Other’s may think this is just a role in marketing, but to us, you’ll be part of a wider team with a unique sense of purpose, one that helps improve lives on a daily basis. ### What you’ll do - Lead the planning and delivery of marketing projects, ensuring they align with business goals and are delivered on time and within budget - Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication plans across digital and offline channels - Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify, brief and deliver high-quality marketing assets - Define and track clear performance metrics, using data and insights to optimise campaigns and improve outcomes - Build strong relationships across the organisation, acting as the key contact for marketing activity within your assigned projects What you’ll bring - Proven experience in a marketing role, with the confidence to manage projects end to end - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across a range of stakeholders A proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment A good understanding of digital marketing channels and performance measurement What you can expect from us You’ll join a supportive and collaborative team where your contribution is recognised and valued.
