We are looking for a motivated and analytical Working Student to support our Supply & Demand Planning team. You will gain hands-on experience in forecasting, inventory management, supply planning, and reporting while working with different business functions. ### Your Responsibilities - Support demand forecasting and regular planning cycles - Analyze sales, consumption, trends, seasonality, and promotions - Monitor inventory, product availability, and potential supply risks - Support reporting and preparation of planning analyses and presentations - Maintain planning data and help improve data quality and processes - Support ad hoc analyses and Supply & Demand projects Your Profile - Currently studying Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field - Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers - Good knowledge of Excel; Power BI experience is a plus - Interest in Supply Chain and Demand Planning - Structured, proactive, and reliable working style - Good English skills; German is a plus ### What We Offer - Hands-on experience across Supply & Demand Planning - Exposure to forecasting, inventory, supply, and commercial topics - Opportunity to take ownership and develop your analytical and planning skills Job Posting End Date 2026-11-27 Equal Opportunities Haleon are committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
