## Job description

【岗位职责】
- 负责人工智能技术在风险管理场景的落地方案设计、开发与迭代，包括但不限于智能预警、风险画像、压力测试、风险监测等应用。
- 参与风险管理 AI 平台架构设计，建设可复用、可配置、模块化的智能风控能力，提升风险识别与处置效率。
- 参与风险数据治理与特征工程建设，保障风险数据的质量、安全与合规。
- 跟踪前沿技术，探索大模型、知识图谱、图计算、实时计算等在金融风控领域的创新应用。
- 与其他团队成员密切合作，完成上级交办的其他工作。 【任职要求】
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学、金融科技等专业优先；
- 具有金融科技领域相关工作经验者优先；
- 具备风险管理、AI 应用、计算机编程等方面的专业技术，有大模型智能体应用开发经验者优先；
- 具有较强的人际沟通能力、分析能力、创新能力、问题解决能力，关注细节、责任心强。
