## Job description

【岗位职责】
- 负责各类资管产品的日常估值核算，参与产品设立、开放、收益分配、终止清算等各类运营事项的处理，保障产品顺畅合规运营；
- 负责产品定期报告、财务报表等相关数据复核，响应内外部的各类数据统计校验需求；
- 根据部门及团队工作流程承担相应专岗工作，并统筹相关事项的推进和上下游内外部交互；
- 参与生产系统、管理平台的业务需求挖掘与设计，参与需求统筹管理、需求评审、功能测试、上线及迭代优化，推动运营流程优化，识别风险点并制定防范机制；
- 参与行业法律法规、创新业务研究，跟踪监管动态与行业案例，设计应对方案；
- 运营业务成果转化，赋能内外部和上下游，对接客户服务需求，推动运营能力的对外输出。 【任职要求】
- 硕士及以上学历，会计、金融、经济、数学、信息技术等相关专业；
- 具备资管产品会计核算能力，了解资管产品运营周期、业务逻辑与行业监管框架。2年及以上托管服务机构、资产管理机构等资管行业领域的估值、运营或稽核审计等相关工作经验者优先，或者2年以上估值系统生产商需求管理、运营维护、开发、测试等工作经验者优先（具备科业融合优势的可适当放宽）；
- 了解恒生、赢时胜等主流估值系统的使用；具备资管行业系统技术经验者或具有SQL、Python等数据处理能力、AI工具使用能力者优先；
- 工作严谨、自驱力强，有创新意识；具备优秀的结构化思维和业务敏感性，善于将复杂需求转化为系统化方案；具备抗压能力，有担当精神；对内有团队协作精神，对外具备客户服务意识；
- 优秀英语能力为加分项。
