## Job description

【岗位职责】
- 负责非公募产品的日常估值核算、定期报告及财务报表复核等运营事项处理，严格把控操作标准，保障产品估值核算合规运营；
- 根据部门及团队分工承担专岗工作，深度掌握专岗业务逻辑，牵头专岗业务迭代优化，协同上下游及内外部业务交互，保障产品运营高效顺畅；
- 参与估值生产系统、运营管理平台的功能迭代及流程优化，主动识别系统流程、业务操作中的潜在风险，落地配套风险防控举措；
- 持续跟踪行业监管政策更新、行业新规及典型合规案例，开展创新业务，相关政策研究，结合业务实际制定适配的合规应对方案；
- 深挖客户运营服务痛点与业务需求，推进估值运营流程数字化、智能化升级，持续提升团队估值核算服务质量与专业交付能力。 【任职要求】
- 硕士及以上学历，会计、金融、经济、数学、信息技术等相关专业；
- 具备资管产品会计核算能力，了解资管产品运营周期、业务逻辑与行业监管框架。全程参与过估值核算系统版本升级者优先；3年及以上托管或运营服务机构、资产管理机构等资管行业领域的估值、运营或稽核审计等相关工作经验者优先。（具备科业融合优势的可适当放宽）；
- 了解基金行业主流估值系统的使用，具备资管行业系统技术经验者优先；
- 工作严谨、自驱力强，有创新意识；具备优秀的结构化思维和业务敏感性，善于将复杂需求转化为系统化方案；具备敏锐的运营风险识别与预判能力；具备高抗压能力，有担当精神；对内有团队协作精神，对外具备客户服务意识；
- 优秀英语能力为加分项。
