## Job description

【岗位职责】
- 聚焦公募基金核心客户，负责重点机构全生命周期关系经营；协同研究所研究院投研团队，联动路演、调研等常态化对接工作；
- 提供定制化综合金融服务方案，覆盖托管外包、专属投研服务、交易系统支持、资金对接撮合等核心业务，匹配客户日常投资及专项需求；
- 依托公司全牌照优势，为公募客户提供多元化增值服务，涵盖机构经纪、场外衍生品、投行项目对接、跨境业务协同、产品代销支持等；主动挖掘潜在需求，推进多品类业务落地。 【任职要求】
- 硕士及以上学历；
- 具备2年以上工作经验，或者深耕该客群相关工作经验；
- 具备金融市场业务知识，能够精准把握机构业务动态和客户需求；
- 具备优秀的执行力，较强的沟通能力和良好的团队合作精神。
