## Job description

【岗位职责】
- 开展伴随式投顾直播，为客户提供互动陪伴和在线咨询服务，实现客户引流与开户转化；
- 开展直播、短视频、投教课程等定制化内容的生产输出，构建高质量的内容服务体系；
- 协同打造公司级投顾IP，构建有影响力的投顾品牌；
- 挖掘客户投资需求，为客户制定财富管理服务策略和解决方案；
- 基于直播、数字人、社群等运营场景，协同开展内容运营，引导客户科学投资；
- 参与实施分公司组织的服务营销活动。 【任职要求】
- 本科及以上学历，通过证券从业资格考试，具有证券投资顾问资格；
- 具有2年以上财经类直播或节目出镜经验；
- 热爱证券研究工作，具有丰富的证券、金融、投资等专业知识，具有完善的投资体系框架，对股票基本面分析及技术分析有深入理解；
- 文笔流畅且有识别度，文字和视频内容能打动读者和观众内心，能快速建立较大的粉丝影响力。
