## Job description

【岗位职责】
- 负责直接拓展银行、银行理财子客户业务，协助分支拓展城农商、信托、财务公司客户业务；
- 负责分属客户在全公司的整体经营工作；
- 负责分属客户研究服务、证券经纪业务、产品销售业务等；
- 对市场进行分析以及跟踪、解读行业政策变化。 【任职要求】
- 硕士及以上学历；
- 具备3年以上服务银行同业客群或者深耕该客群相关工作经验，具有一定的客户资源；
- 具备金融市场业务知识，对市场/行业和利率变化敏感，能够对客户基本情况和要求进行准确把握；
- 具备优秀的执行力和自驱力、良好的团队合作精神和协作能力。
