## Job description

【岗位职责】
- 负责牵头线上投顾服务相关智能体的场景化建设，聚焦投教科普、市场分析、热点解读、账户分析、投后陪伴等核心场景，监控市场输出智能体功能需求、内容生成规范，配合产品团队完成智能体迭代优化，确保服务适配多场景；
- 定期整合市场动态、政策解读、理财产品信息、投教知识点等内容，完成智能体知识库的更新与管理，建立内容分级分类标准，保障智能体输出内容的专业性、准确性、时效性及合规性；
- 开展线上投顾直播、内容专题策划、问答互动等伴随式服务，输出优质投顾解读内容；跟踪用户服务反馈与交互数据，提炼用户需求，优化服务内容和形式，提升客户服务体验与平台粘性。 【任职要求】
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机、金融、经济、金融工程等相关专业优先；
- 具备3年以上证券行业投顾工作经验，直接面客服务优先（线下或线上），有大型互联网公司或证券工作经验优先，复合背景者更佳；
- 熟悉证券市场基础知识，掌握各类金融产品（股票、基金、ETF 等）特性，具备扎实的市场分析与投教内容创作能力；
- 对 AI 大模型、智能体应用有基本认知，对智能体对客服务有浓厚兴趣；具备良好的分析、提炼能力，能结合数据、会话等提炼用户需求；
- 沟通协调能力强，可高效对接产品等团队；具备清晰的逻辑思维与文字表达能力，擅长线上直播、专题内容的策划与输出，具有证券从业资格证、基金从业资格证者优先；
- 逻辑思维清晰，对金融科技趋势敏感，学习能力强，责任心强，有较强的客户服务意识；具有良好的沟通能力以及团队合作精神，对工作充满热情，有创新精神，抗压能力较强。
