## Job description

【岗位职责】
- 负责权益类资产的投资组合管理，制定并执行投资策略，完成部门下达的业绩目标；
- 对宏观经济、行业趋势及市场动态进行前瞻性研判，挖掘具备投资价值的标的，撰写投资建议书；
- 对持仓标的进行紧密跟踪，深入分析行业政策变化及公司基本面，及时调整组合配置与交易策略；
- 参与搭建并完善投资研究框架体系，协同研究员提升投研转化效率；
- 做好部门交办的各项投研相关工作。 【任职要求】
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，金融、经济、理工类等相关专业优先;
- 具备三年以上权益投资或研究相关经验以及独立管理投资组合的实绩；
- 具备较强的市场敏感度、逻辑分析能力和数据处理能力，有成熟的投研框架与交易纪律；
- 具备良好的职业道德和合规意识，抗压能力强；
- 工作积极主动，具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力。
