## Job description

【岗位职责】
- 负责订制化产品的创设、设立、日常运营、合规监控与全生命周期管理；
- 负责订制产品的架构设计、条款拟定与结构搭建；推动产品发行计划、系统开发、材料准备与流程管理；
- 参与产品迭代、优化及终止清算的全生命周期管理；
- 负责订制产品的日常运营，包括交易对账、产品净值复核与维护、投后报告与数据支持等；
- 监控产品合规与风险，协助应对监管政策变化。 【任职要求】 1、硕士及以上学历，金融、经济、金融工程、统计、数学等相关专业； 2、具有证券从业、基金从业资格； 3、3年以上私募、资管产品运营经验，熟悉基金运营与监管要求； 4、逻辑清晰，沟通协调能力强，具有团队协作精神。
