## Job description

【岗位职责】
- 研究制定获客策略，包括但不限于行业商业模式研究、顶层方法论设计、流量增长研究、竞争对手研究、策略打法研究、目标客群研究、投产数据分析等；
- 按照公司要求及标准，与平台合作方联合推进交易工厂、伙伴坐席和VIP交易等业务合作，定期拜访平台高层探讨挖掘合作场景，推进合作深度；
- 持续扫描市场，识别并筛选潜在的生态合作伙伴（如互联网平台、产业集团、金融科技公司、社群等）；
- 以业绩增长为导向，通过对业务数据的分析，结合市场及行业实际情况，洞察业务问题并及时调整合作方向及策略实操；
- 完成合作协议中涉及资源互换、服务交付等具体条款的方案设计与撰写。 【任职要求】
- 本科及以上学历，金融学、经济学等专业优先，通过证券从业资格考试；
- 具有3年以上金融行业工作经验，能与公募、私募等金融机构及拟上市企业建立合作关系，有证券机构业务、投行项目承揽经验者优先；
- 了解互联网业务、机构业务、投行业务的商业化逻辑及主流合作模式；
- 具有较强的营销意识、服务意识和谈判技巧，善于把握商机，能主动开发并维护客户关系；
- 具有较强的数据分析能力，逻辑思维能力较强，具备较强的工作责任心及良好的团队合作精神。
