## Job description

【岗位职责】
- 负责交易的事中指令审核，对管理人投资行为的合规性进行监督；
- 负责投资监督监控规则的设置、维护及复核工作；
- 负责投资监督监控结果的跟踪处理，对异常情况及违规行为进行风险提示、报告并督促整改；
- 参与投资监督相关业务系统的建设规划、需求编写、功能测试及优化升级；
- 持续跟踪托管业务相关法律法规及监管政策变化，及时更新监督相关制度流程；
- 参与创新业务的研究与落地，配合完成相关业务流程制度的修订完善。 【任职要求】
- 硕士及以上学历，金融、经济、法律、会计、计算机等相关专业优先；
- 具有2年以上资产托管业务相关工作经验优先；
- 熟悉资本市场相关法律法规及监管政策，具备较强的合规风控意识；
- 具备良好的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力，能熟练运用Excel、VBA等工具进行数据处理与分析者优先；
- 具有较强的学习能力和抗压能力，为人正直、诚实守信，具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
