More ways to build a career that moves you forward. ### Overview An established automotive group is seeking an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead and grow the pre-owned vehicle operation at a successful dealership in the Oklahoma City/Edmond market. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven automotive professional who has a track record of increasing used vehicle sales, developing high-performing teams, and driving dealership profitability Responsibilities - Manage all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle sales department - Drive used vehicle sales volume, profitability, and inventory turn - Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales staff - Monitor and improve sales processes, customer satisfaction, and performance metrics - Work closely with inventory acquisition and pricing strategies - Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations - Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven culture Qualifications Previous Used Car Manager experience is required - Proven success managing a high-performing used vehicle department - Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills - Ability to manage inventory, pricing, merchandising, and sales processes - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong understanding of dealership operations, gross profit management, and performance reporting ### What We Offer Strong compensation and bonus opportunities Established automotive group with growth potential Resources and support to drive success Professional work environment Long-term career opportunity Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
