More ways to build a career that moves you forward. ### Overview Group 1 Nissan Southwest Houston is growing rapidly and looking to add 3 experienced Automotive Sales Professionals to our team! This is a great opportunity for individuals with at least 1 year of automotive sales experience who are ready to take their career to the next level in a high-volume, performance-driven environment. ### Responsibilities Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. - Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business - Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers - Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards ### Qualifications Minimum - 1 year of automotive sales experience is required Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Strong desire to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environment Positive attitude with a high-energy personality - Excellent customer service skills Professional appearance and strong work ethic Self-motivated and proactive - Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record We offer: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid Time-Off Employee Stock Purchase Plan Employee Vehicle Purchase Program Professional work environment with job training, provided equipment, and advancement opportunities Market-leading pay based on experience plus bonuses Structured, self-paced, and paid training opportunities Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
