We are looking to add a qualified Business Development Center Agent/Internet Sales agent to our team. In addition to competitive pay, we offer our associates the following benefits: Health Insurance Dental insurance Vision, Life, Disability insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid vacation Employee Stock Purchase Plan Employee Vehicle Purchase Program Professional work environment, with job training and advancement opportunities Responsibilities - Receive inbound sales leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty - Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals - Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques - Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends - Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees Outstanding Customer Service Qualifications Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus!
