This is an opportunity to represent the GMC brand in a high-performing dealership environment committed to excellence in both service and customer experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and enjoys building strong relationships with customers throughout the service process. ### Responsibilities - Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments to ensure an efficient and seamless customer experience - Greet customers, perform vehicle walkarounds, and accurately document concerns and service needs - Create detailed repair orders with clear, transparent cost and time estimates - Recommend maintenance and additional services based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer guidelines - Communicate effectively with technicians and parts departments to prioritize work and ensure timely completion - Provide consistent updates to customers on repair status, timelines, and any changes to scope or cost - Deliver vehicles upon completion, reviewing work performed and ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintain strong product and warranty knowledge to confidently guide customers through service recommendations - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business ### Qualifications Minimum - 2 years of Service Advisor experience (dealership preferred) CDK experience is desired Interpersonal Communication Skills Basic Computer Skills Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience - Ability to Achieve Targeted Goals High School Diploma or Equivalent - Must have a Valid Driver’s License We offer...
