We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building customer relationships, and are passionate about delivering an exceptional service experience. Boardwalk Honda was named one of 2025's best dealerships to work for and we are south jersey's only President's Honda award winning dealership. ### Responsibilities - Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience - Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates - Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion - Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle - Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information Qualifications Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience is required. Honda or Acura experience preferred but not required.
