As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions. The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $3,000–$10,000. ### Responsibilities Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. - Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business - Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers - Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards Qualifications Retail/Customer-Facing Sales Experience Required, (Automotive Sales Experience a Plus!)
