## Job description
- 负责家用空调、商用空调、生活电器、压缩机、电机等产品的瞬态冲击、动平衡、减振、降噪方案设计、模拟仿真及改进工作；
- 负责噪声和振动实验测试和分析，结构可靠性相关标准的完善、制定；
- 负责产品共性噪声和振动基础研究，前沿NVH试验技术及仿真技术、新动态的前沿研究与应用。 任职资格
- 硕士学历，机械（振动方向）、力学（振动方向）、声学、车辆工程相关专业；
- 熟练操作噪声振动采集设备，熟练使用相关工具进行信号处理及二次开发，有噪声振动研究工程相关工作经验者优先；
- 熟练掌握仿真软件，有CAE前沿仿真项目及工程研究课题等相关工作经验者优先；
- 具备团队合作意识和创新意识，具有较强的学习能力和沟通协调能力。
