## Job description

### 方向1
- 负责质量体系管理，对质量问题进行分析、判断，并督促整改；
- 负责新产品设计评审把关工作，对设计问题进行分析、督促整改；
- 负责公司产品从原材料到成品出厂的全过程质量检验策划、质量控制和计量管理工作；
- 负责检验检测技术自动化、信息化、智能化的提升工作。

### 方向2
- 负责零部件质量检验标准研究及制定，确保满足产品质量要求；
- 负责零部件可靠性及失效分析研究；
- 负责零部件质量控制方法（技术、设备）创新研究，以及质量管理相关培训教材的编写并组织培训；
- 负责检验检测技术自动化、信息化、智能化的提升工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，制冷暖通类、强电类、弱电类、机械类、材料类、质量管理等相关类别专业；
- 有相关机械类、质量类基础知识，能够熟练掌握办公软件；
- 具备较强的逻辑思维能力、沟通协调能力、数据分析能力、执行力、抗压能力和学习能力；
- 为人正直，原则性强，具有高度的责任心和较好的团队意识。
