## Job description
- 负责功率器件GaN及IPM模块、PM模块的技术开发工作、功率芯片Spice模型开发工作；
- 负责功率器件或模块的仿真、版图设计与工艺制程开发设计；
- 负责功率器件或模块产品应用方案开发以及制定相关测试方案，并负责测试方案的实施和数据分析；
- 负责功率器件或模块产品的可靠性方案制定以及质控体系管理。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，微电子，物理学、半导体器件、材料物理、材料科学、流体力学、通信技术、电子科学技术、机械自动化等相关专业；
- 具有扎实的功率半导体器件物理基础（如IGBT、FRD、MOSFET等），有IPM模块驱动芯片、功率芯片Spice模型开发、电机驱动芯片或高压功率集成电路开发经验优先；
- 熟练掌握半导体工艺、器件仿真软件和版图工具软件，熟练使用设计软件进行封装结构及模块仿真；
- 了解晶圆制程和封装制程工艺、半导体器件测试和功率器件应用、先进封装材料等相关知识。
