The pay range for this position is $85,000 – $100,000 Annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. If you are looking for more than a job, apply today and begin your career with the tire and auto serv-ice innovation leader! ### General Description As a Store Manager, Dual Operations, you will lead either two retail locations or a single location with a strategic fleet operation, driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for overseeing all store functions, including staffing, associate development, financial performance, safety, and compliance.
