Our production workforce supports the tire manufacturing process in various machine operations. Starting Range – $20.64-23.30/hrShift Differential – Rotating Bonus $0.75 Wage progression - start at 70% of the rate and increase 10% every 6 months until at full rate. General Wage increase. This is looked at twice per year but is not guaranteed. You will also become familiar with safety, quality, and how to be successful in a team environment. We encourage you to allow us to invest in your success as you invest in ours; apply today! Requirements to become a successful candidate are: High school diploma or GED. Successful completion of a background check & drug test. Successful completion of pre-employment assessment. Job specific physical work capabilities exercises. Must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Required to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations Ability to lift at least 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
