Global Tax analyzes and supports the activities, operations, reporting obligations, and transactions of the firm’s business lines to ensure that tax consequences and reputational risks are evaluated appropriately. Our work contributes directly to the firm’s success, and Global Tax is ideal for creative and collaborative individuals who have strong ethics and attention to detail. YOUR IMPACT An opportunity has arisen in Global Tax for a tax professional to review externally prepared tax returns and global income tax provisions primarily related to investment funds within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Goldman Sachs is one of the leading investors in alternatives globally, with over $4 trillion in assets under supervision and more than 30 years of experience. The business invests in the full spectrum of regulated and alternatives including private equity, growth equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, hedge funds, mutual funds and ETF’s. This position will involve significant interaction with Controllers and Global Tax as well as outside service providers (law firms, accounting firms, fund administrators), and will require strong tax and tax accounting knowledge of funds.
