How You Will Fulfill Your Potential As a pivotal member of our team, you will: Drive Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product lifecycle from insight to execution. Translate deep market research and client/advisor insights into a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with our strategic goals. ### Champion User-Centric Design Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure high-quality, intuitive user experiences. Define and develop seamless customer journeys that delight our users. ### Cross-Functional Leadership Be the central connector, partnering seamlessly with Advisors, Technology, Design, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure cohesive, end-to-end solutions. ### Data-Driven Innovation Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Leverage robust analysis, user research, and experimentation to inform product decisions, identify new opportunities, and solve complex problems. ### Agile Execution & Delivery Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and articulate clear, concise requirements to development teams.
