We invite Expressions of Interest from Marlinyu Ghoorlie Traditional Owners who would like to be considered for employment opportunities across all Gold Fields’ operations, including St Ives Gold Mine.

Opportunities may be available across a range of areas, including Engineering, Geology, Technical roles, Operations, Maintenance, Projects and Support functions. We also offer pathways into employment through Traineeships and Apprenticeships. Whether you bring existing experience, are looking to build new skills, or are interested in exploring future job opportunities, we encourage you to register your interest. We welcome Marlinyu Ghoorlie Traditional Owners at all stages of their career journey to express their interest in joining our team. Why Join Gold Fields? 6% site allowance and quarterly bonus up to 10% annually Monthly private health allowance 5 weeks annual leave, pro rata long service leave after 5 years, 18 weeks paid parental leave Cultural leave equivalent to one weeks paid leave (aligned to rostered hours) $10K employee referral bonus once the referred employee completes 6 months For eligible candidates relocating to Kambalda, up to six months of company-provided accommodation may be available (subject to availability and housing policy).
