### Your Job

Maintain and support equipment readiness.

Typically performs one or more of the following in the capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of equipment
- Execute maintenance and tool support ensuring equipment readiness
- Troubleshoot and upgrade equipment to minimize downtime
- Analyze and monitor technical charts
- Drive equipment improvement plans and projects
- Act as machine owner for assigned tools, ensuring overall performance, stability, and continuous improvement
- Serve as Cost Driver to identify and implement cost reduction initiatives, optimize vendor support, improve maintenance strategies, and eliminate recurring failures
- Serve as 6S Driver to enforce workplace organization, standardization, audit readiness, and sustain a strong 6S culture across the team Ensure and follow good safety practices and custody of tools, equipment, and other properties
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
- Work and collaborate on projects and/or assignments as needed.

### Other Responsibilities

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs Job Requirements: Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with minimum 6 years' experience in a semiconductor company. Candidates with equipment experience in Photolithography would be an added advantage. Specialized knowledge, imaginative thinking and sophisticated analytical techniques.
