We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our ever-evolving Enterprise Operations team and help us unleash the potential of every business. What you’ll own Ensure a positive and consistent relationship for an assigned portfolio of large enterprise clients. Serve as primary point of contact to support problem resolution and ensure client retention. Develop strong working relationships with assigned clients and Worldpay resources. Collaborate effectively with your team and internal stakeholders, improving and challenging existing internal processes for the benefit of the customer. Identify opportunities to grow our clients’ share of wallet through cross-sell of value-added services. Coordinate with clients, relationship managers and other appropriate areas to ensure clients are properly serviced and all operational arrangements are in place to service assigned accounts. Other related duties assigned as needed. What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree and 3-4 years of client support working experience. The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, both internally as well as externally Organizational and time management skills Broad knowledge of Worldpay products and related services A strong aptitude to analyze and solve problems Prior banking or finance related experiences a plus.
