Camp Facilities -first-class mess, gym, pool, cricket nets, bocce court, tennis and basketball courts, and a golf driving range. 13% Superannuation Salary sacrifice options, Glencore Rewards, location allowance (if Darwin-based), and individual/business performance bonus. ### About you Committed to safety and the professional operation of heavy machinery. Able to reliably work 12-hour day and night shifts on a FIFO 2/2 roster (ex. Darwin). Physically able and comfortable working in a remote and physically demanding environment. Consideration will be given to candidates who have experience operating civil heavy vehicles or other professional drivers. Experience operating heavy vehicles or civil machinery; mining experience with 789, 793, or CAT 785 trucks is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and a strong team focus. Respectful and able to positively contribute to MRM’s culture. Hold a current driver’s licence.
