## Job description

We are looking for a People Business Partner who will support and collaborate with the Control Functions of the Group Head Office.

Key responsibilities of the role will include: Working alongside the business leaders understanding the business needs and developing tailored HR solutions; Supporting managers on all HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and conflict management; Implementing reward policies and coordinating related processes in collaboration with the Reward organizational unit; Supporting development and learning initiatives in collaboration with the relevant

Center of Excellence; Ensuring a correct HC planning balancing business needs and costs constraints within the overall target HC agreed; Ensuring the right sizing and the operating model of the organizational structures in collaboration with the Orga team; Analyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement; Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies; Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture; Ensuring the local implementation of centrally designed Group projects supported by the relevant COE.

## Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Data Management/Data Analytics or Communication; At least 7-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or as a specialist within a Center of Excellence in HR & Organization; In-depth knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations; Proven ability to work on projects as a Project Manager; Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; Analytical and problem-solving abilities; Proactive and results-oriented attitude; Fluent English.
