## Job description

Generali Italia sta cercando una risorsa da inserire all’interno dell’Area Chief Investment Officer della Country Italy. La risorsa affiancherà il team nelle attività di monitoraggio e implementazione degli investimenti nei portafogli assicurativi, supportando i processi di Tactical Asset Allocation e la gestione dei prodotti Unit Linked e previdenziali. Il/la candidato/a affiancherà il team contribuendo alle attività di analisi, monitoraggio e sviluppo dei portafogli e dei prodotti.

Nello specifico, sarà coinvolto/a in: Predisposizione di report e presentazioni per i Comitati Investimenti, il management e le reti distributive; Monitoraggio e analisi dei portafogli assicurativi, Unit Linked e previdenziali; Attività di Tactical Asset Allocation sui portafogli assicurativi; Revisione e aggiornamento dell’offerta Unit Linked e Fondi Pensione; Analisi dei costi, valutazione degli indicatori di Value for Money e aggiornamento della documentazione informativa, in stretta collaborazione con le funzioni Investimenti, Attuariato, Marketing e Vita.

## Qualifications

Laurea in Finanza/Economia/Statistica o equivalente; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; Interesse per i mercati finanziari e per il settore assicurativo e previdenziale; Conoscenza base del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint; Attitudine all'analisi quantitativa e alla gestione dei dati; Predisposizione al lavoro in team; Precisione, curiosità, proattività e capacità di problem solving.
