## Job description

La banca è alla ricerca di un profilo di supporto commerciale da inserire nella struttura di Sales Management che si occupa principalmente di coordinare e supportare l’attività commerciale della rete dei consulenti finanziari. All’interno di questa struttura, la funzione Supporto Business ricerca una risorsa con esperienza nel settore bancario da inserire in un contesto strutturato e in continua evoluzione.

### La risorsa si occuperà di

fornire supporto su tematiche operative e di prodotto interfacciandosi con i Manager di Rete analizzare e gestire, tramite i Manager di Rete, le segnalazioni relative a criticità e anomalie afferenti la clientela coordinare i flussi informativi garantendo un riscontro puntuale e completo fino alla chiusura delle segnalazioni contribuire al presidio della qualità del servizio e al continuo miglioramento dei processi operativi

## Qualifications

esperienza di due/tre anni nel settore bancario o finanziario buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel, Power Point, Outlook) buona conoscenza delle dinamiche di AI capacità di problem solving spiccata capacità organizzativa e gestione delle priorità ottime capacità relazionali e attitudine al lavoro in team precisione, affidabilità e orientamento al risultato
