## Job description

L’Unità Operativa Gestione Logistica Territoriale e di Sede è responsabile delle attività di manutenzione, gestione e approvvigionamento costante e omogeneo delle strutture fisiche della Banca (Sedi) e dei relativi servizi connessi, anche avvalendosi di outsourcer esterni. Inoltre, coordina gli interventi logistici presso le Strutture Logistiche Territoriali in supporto all’Unità Operativa Gestione Tecnica Strutture Logistiche.

### Main Tasks

La risorsa dovrà supportare le attività in carico all’unità operativa e sinteticamente: Supportare le attività legate ai rapporti e all’assistenza alla Rete commerciale sul comparto delle spedizioni e dei corrieri Supportare le attività legate alla gestione ed evasione delle richieste legate all’archivio esterno Supportare le attività legate al segmento degli approvvigionamenti ai punti operativi sia sul piano amministrativo che organizzativo Supporto amministrativo all'unità operativa, relativamente all'inserimento degli ordini di acquisto o gestione delle polizze assicurative attive Supporto nella gestione e rendicontazione delle spese postali

## Qualifications

Il/la candidato/a ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: Livello avanzato nell’uso del pacchetto office (Excel e power point) Esperienza di contatto con fornitori esterni Il candidato dovrà essere in grado di operare in uno scenario dinamico Spiccata capacità di lavorare in team Garantire ampia disponibilità e flessibilità operativa
