## Job description

Within the Group Life & Health department, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the Head of Group Life & Health Office, supporting the coordination of the Group strategy and key initiatives across Life & Health business, ensuring effective governance and stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities of the role will include: On a cross‑business basis: Track and monitor the progress of the Group Chief Life & Health Officer’s strategic priorities; Ensure alignment across department stakeholders by providing regular update to governance forums (e.g. weekly department meetings).

### On specific business initiatives

Support project leaders in day‑to‑day project management activities, including delivery monitoring, milestone tracking and masterplan control; Provide structured reporting on project progress, risks and issues, escalating key topics to Top Management when required; Contribute to the coordination / interaction with internal stakeholders (across functions and geographies) and external partners (e.g. academic institutions); Support program/ reporting document definition.

## Qualifications

### Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements

Strong analytical & organizational skills; Project Management experience; Proficiency in the main Microsoft Office tools, with a strong focus on PowerPoint and Excel; Fluent English (written and spoken); Interest in insurance business understanding (Life & Health business, demographic change knowledge is considered a plus).

Professional attitude and proactive mindset; Effective reporting & communication skills; Collaboration & teamwork; Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
