## Job description

All’interno di questa struttura, la funzione Supporto Business ricerca una persona da inserire in stage un contesto strutturato e in continua evoluzione.

### Principali attività La persona si occuperà di

fornire supporto su tematiche operative e di prodotto interfacciandosi con i Manager di Rete analizzare e gestire, tramite i Manager di Rete, le segnalazioni relative a criticità e anomalie afferenti la clientela gestire i flussi informativi garantendo un riscontro puntuale e completo fino alla chiusura delle segnalazioni contribuire al presidio della qualità del servizio e al continuo miglioramento dei processi operativi

## Qualifications

Requisiti richiesti laurea in discipline economico finanziarie buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel, Power Point, Outlook) buona conoscenza delle dinamiche di AI capacità di problem solving spiccata capacità organizzativa e gestione delle priorità ottime capacità relazionali e attitudine al lavoro in team precisione, affidabilità e orientamento al risultato
