## Job description

Within the Group Capital Steering (GCS) unit we are looking for a committed and proactive resource to join the team, supporting the Capital Plan and Actual Solvency Analysis activities.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Analyse the Group Own Funds development on actual closings and its projection for Capital
- Plan purposes, defining the methodology and implementing the supporting tools; Contribute, alongside with senior team members, to the related production of the Solvency Ratio roll-forward disclosure (internal, external and regulatory) for both actual closings and Group Capital
- Plan purposes, as well as to the Capital generation ongoing monitoring; Support quantitative and qualitative analysis on capital development of the Group and related KPIs, as well as on strategic initiatives (e.g.

M&As).

## Qualifications

### Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements

Master’s Degree in Actuarial, Economics, Finance or alike disciplines with a strong quantitative focus; At least 2-3 years of work experience in finance, risk management or actuarial; Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail; Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Knowledge of Tagetik platform and /or AI supporting tools is considered a plus; Understanding of cross-functional topics (actuarial, accounting and financial) or strong willingness to learn; Fluency in English (written and spoken); Previous experience abroad (study and/or work) is preferred.

Good communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities; Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and propose solutions; Adaptability, curiosity and continuous‑learning orientation; Team player with a collaborative attitude and ability to carry out tasks independently under pressure during peak phases.
