Key responsibilities of the role will include: fostering the timely and effective implementation of Group-wide compliance regulations, standards and methodologies across each Group Legal Entity, as well as identifying any misalignments and proactively defining corrective actions, where necessary; maintaining regular interaction with the Senior Management of local entities, including CEOs and Regional CEOs (LatAm & Greece), providing advice and recommendations as required. ## Qualifications ### Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements At least 6 years work experience in insurance/financial services industry; Experience in international and very challenging projects (in terms of time and delivery); Proven analytical skills (including databases management) and information scrutiny/elaboration; Advanced use of MS Office (Excel and PPT); Strong experience in executive reporting; Proficient level of English, other foreign languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German) nice to have; Willing to travel on business. ### Soft Skills Strong interpersonal skills and open mind-set needed to work well in a multicultural environment; Good communication, negotiation and conflict management skills; Inclination to build lasting and trusting relationships; Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines. What we offer We offer employment at Manager level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement. Gross annual salary ranging between 57K€ and 72K€.
