## Job description

Within the Insurance in a Box program at Generali Core Tech, we are seeking a Release Management Analyst to coordinate and govern software releases across multiple countries and environments.

Key responsibilities of the role will include: Maintaining the release roadmap across all countries adopting the Insurance in a Box platform. Support Project, Operations, Architecture, Infrastructure, QA, PM, and PMO teams to coordinate technical, operational, and governance activities across all environments. Ensuring compliance with release processes and quality standards. Tracking the activities required to successfully deliver releases while managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Supporting release planning, deployment readiness assessments and post-release validation activities to ensure successful production outcomes.

## Qualifications

Degree in STEM disciplines or a strong focus on technology and innovation. Aptitude for working with Interdisciplinary teams (both business and technical). Basic knowledge of release management processes or modern CI/CD release processes for cloud-native applications. Strong inclination towards process improvement. Fluent in English. Strong problem-solving skills.

Proactively embraces challenges beyond their comfort zone, demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and success in complex project environments. Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively engaging with management, stakeholders, and vendors to drive alignment and achieve project objectives.
