Create scorecards, executive presentations, and concise status reports covering progress, variances, risks, decisions, and next steps. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, resolve conflicts, and manage expectations.

Support financial planning by developing estimates, monitoring budgets, reviewing forecasts, and identifying cost or resource variances. Facilitate implementation readiness, stakeholder communications, training coordination, adoption activities, and transition to operational owners. Identify process improvements and apply lessons learned to strengthen project delivery standards across the organization. Ensure project documentation is accurate, current, accessible, and compliant with organizational requirements.
