Responsible for customizing, developing, and supporting solutions on the force.com platform. Drive Salesforce enhancements and improvements. Build integrations between salesforce and other internal systems to automate business processes. Develop Apex (classes and triggers) and Java Script, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce Flows, Omni Script, and Flex Cards to extend Salesforce. Verify solutions by writing and executing automated test classes. Collaborate, mentor, and guide other engineers within the team. Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively. Document and analyze processes procedures and ensure code is properly documented. Create and maintain a code repository to ensure a seamless deployment process for all team members. Stay current on the latest trends and Salesforce releases. Self-directed, can solve business problems from inception to implementation, can solve business problems without explicit direction. Hybrid Work Policy - 3 days In-office, 2 days remote - Must be able to report to local office. ### REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field of study. Five (5) years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Technical Consultant, System Engineer, or related occupation. ### Five (5) years of experience in the following Software Development; Object oriented design patterns; Database concepts and data modeling design; and Modeling and application design and architecture. ### Three (3) years of experience in the following Programming and configuring with Force.com Apex including classes and triggers lightning components, lightning Web Components, Visualforce Flows, Omni Script Flex Cards, JavaScript (ES6), ReactJS; Designing and developing large scale technology solutions with substantial insights into Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and communities; Salesforce SoQL and SOSL Security model Sales Cloud Service Cloud Chatter and Force.com product offerings; Salesforce Lightning UI understanding of various user-based security models; and Identify platform risks issues and dependencies. #LI-DNI About GM Our vision is a world with Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions and Zero Congestion and we embrace the responsibility to lead the change that will make our world better, safer and more equitable for all.
