What We Have to Offer $26.80/hour starting pay $0.55/hour additional pay for 2nd shift & 3rd shift $29.14 per hour, after full completion of required trainings (4-12 months on average) Up to 120 hours (15 days) vacation annually, everyone starts with 10 days 11 paid company holidays 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, life insurance Career growth and cross-training opportunities Your Work - Schedule and Shift Information 8-hour shifts 1st shift: 7 am to 3 pm 2nd shift: 3 pm to 11 pm 3rd shift: 11 pm to 7 am Currently hiring for 2nd or 3rd shift - Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed Plant operates 24 hours/day, 7 days/week ### KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES As part of our manufacturing team, you will: Be responsible for learning and operating all equipment within the Bisquick production process, including processing, packaging, and bulk ingredient unloading. Equipment includes baggers, case packers, and cartoners. Perform preventive and reactive maintenance activities within capabilities on Bisquick production equipment and assist maintenance as needed with higher-level tasks, including work order creation and defect identification. Perform all necessary quality checks of the products produced in the Bisquick department, including HACCP checks, seal tests, weight tests, code dating, metal detector, check weigher, in-line magnets, and code dater checks. Maintain written documentation. Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance.
