This role ensures adherence to contract and acquisition regulations, mitigates contractual risk, and provides guidance to internal stakeholders on complex contractual and regulatory matters. ### Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and negotiate contractual terms for defense-related contracts and other agreements. Ensure compliance with applicable federal acquisition requirements, including FAR, DFARS, and agencyspecific clauses. Identify, assess, and communicate contractual risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to legal, compliance, and business stakeholders.
