MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT The Software Engineer shall be responsible for the engineering, implementation, integration, and sustainment of the Delinea Tools Suite in a Linux environment. This role ensures secure credential management, privileged access controls, secrets management, and automation capabilities that align with mission security and compliance requirements. The Software Engineer shall serve as the SME for all Delinea technologies running on Linux systems and shall collaborate closely with security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams. ### WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED Bring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Software Engineer Principal must have: Education: Bachelor of Science Experience: 8+ years of related experience Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph ### Position Required Skills Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux Suite of Tools Experience developing scripts using Bash/Python Recent software development experience using Python and Java Strong background in Linux administration such as RHEL, CentOS, Rocky, Ubuntu Hands-on experience implementing or supporting at least one Delinea product (e.g., Secret Server, Privilege Manager, DevOps Secrets Vault) Experience integrating Delinea with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory, FreeIPA). This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
