### US-CT-Groton Job ID

2026-21147 Type: Full-Time # of Openings: 1 Category: Quality Control EB Groton Shipyard Overview Supplier Quality Control Analyst (Newport News, Virginia Area) This position will support various projects as a Supplier Quality Analyst. The Supplier Quality (SQ) Analyst is responsible for assuring contracted material and accompanying documentation conforms to Purchase Order (PO) requirements. The SQ Analyst interprets part description and Purchase Order data to determine requirements, selects the appropriate inspection plan, then performs and defines hardware inspection.

SQ Analyst duties include: Analyzing specifications and certifications for conformity Developing and executing inspection plans Devising and implementing quality procedures Communicating technical details, both verbally and in writing, with EB engineering and inspection, and with external suppliers Recognizing and resolving emergent quality issues Other duties as assigned Travel will be required 50 to 75%

- Proficient in MS-Office and related software
- Ability to travel based on business needs from 50-75% Preferred: Technical Trade School Certification, Diploma, or Associate's Degree Previous experience with Manufacturing Resources and Planning databases such as Microsoft Projects
- Proficiency in inspection of concentrated disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, materials, valves PI287621240
