The candidates selected for this Detail Planning Process Team position support the Detail Planning organization by participating in the Detail Planning First Time Quality Program, developing and leading learning sessions, guiding development of process maps and procedure documents, identify areas of weakness in existing training, assisting in leading the Detail Planning training curriculum, and providing on the job support to planners. Continuous training and development of department personnel is necessary to the successful delivery of COLUMBIA Class submarines.
