Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. Citizenship is required. As a seasoned leader, youll be a subject matter expert in production planning and material requirements tools, sharing your knowledge with others in the organization. Well rely on you to develop detailed schedules, production plans and capacity plans along with complex bills of material for large programs. The Advanced Manufacturing Planning Specialist will review work authorization documents and generate material program plans and coordinate kick-off meetings with functional departments to communicate program goals and objectives. ### What youll experience Technologies that arent just top-notch, theyre often top-secret A team of bold thinkers committed to exploring whats next Opportunities to gain new knowledge - as its discovered What you bring to the table: A Bachelors degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience - Ability to monitor schedule performance, identify critical-path risks, and implement recovery plans for shortages, quality issues, and late engineering changes Working knowledge of BOMs, engineering change notices, work orders and configuration control processes - Ability to manage material readiness, including shortages, material lead times, supplier delivery performance, and associated mitigation actions - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP and/or MES systems What sets you apart: Strong leadership skills to facilitate cross functional teams towards timely and effective resolutions - Ability to analyze and resolve problems of diverse scope by evaluating multiple identifiable factors Subject matter expertise in material planning, scheduling and production control Proactively uses AI to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation #LI Salary Note This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.).
