The Program Representative will serve as a key quality lead onsite at the Strategic Sourcing Focus Factory in Philadelphia, PA, acting as a secondary point of contact to Quality Management in Quonset Point and Groton for contracted work performed at supplier facilities. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Electric Boat processes, procedures, and contractual requirements through consistent oversight, self-surveillance, and self-assessment activities. This role requires close collaboration with Quality Management, NDT and Welding Engineering, Inspection, Audit & Assessment, Operations, Deckplate Engineering, and the Strategic Sourcing Program Office.
