## Job description

### 职能职责
- 负责电驱总成及其子零件强度、疲劳仿真及优化；
- 负责电驱耐久载荷谱、振动载荷谱解析及制定；
- 负责电驱总成及子零件模态、动刚度、频响仿真及分析；
- 负责部门内其他仿真分析工作；
- 负责仿真分析流程、规范以及技术开发能力建设；
- 负责以上工作方向供应商交付物的审核。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，8-10年电驱CAE相关工作经验，有2款及以上产品完整开发经验；
- 熟悉减速器、电机及控制器原理，掌握结构力学、材料力学、疲劳理论、电机及减速器振动噪声相关NVH理论；
- 熟练Hypermesh、Abaqus、FEMFAT、matlab、testlab、Amesim、python等软件；
- 工作积极主动，责任心强，有较强的沟通协调能力。
